Congress Must Act to Protect Open Internet

Momentum continues to build for Congress to step in and pass a narrowly targeted bill to clarify FCC authority over broadband regulation.

Rep. Gene Green (D-TX) and Rep. Fred Upton (R-MI) recently introduced a House Resolution that affirms Congressional authority to determine FCC regulatory authority with respect to broadband services. Green articulated his reasoning in a letter he wrote to the FCC earlier this year.
